Windt im Wald Farm
WIW WINDYS CHOICE and new owner, Sara Nank, of Rock Creek, Ohio We wish Sara and Choice many, many happy trails and good times together. Here at home it seems strange to have his stall empty, but we believe that this match is a good one! We love you, Choice. Thank you, Sara and Russ, for your commitment to providing Choice the opportunity to show you his great worth and value! On Friday, December 29, we delivered our Choice to his new 5-acre home. Does Sara look happy or what? We were delighted to see the brand-new barn with room for a companion horse and the quiet street with lots of land to ride. Choice calmly backed out of the trailer, explored all the new buildings and landmarks, munched on the green grass inside the fenced in paddock, and happily walked into his new stall as though he had been making major adjustments his entire seven years here on earth. Sara and Russ have graciously given us permission to come visit Choice, and we will be thrilled to say hello to the Nanks and plant a kiss on the Choice muzzle. At home we will retain WIW COLOR BY CHOICE (WIW Windys Choice x Supreme Tsamaz x HU-Sohda-Nohta), who will be bred to ROYAL PRIDE RYTHM spring, 2007, and possibly WIW LEGACY BY CHOICE (WIW Windys Choice x CaLo's Perfection).

WIW WINDYS CHOICE
is a 3/4 Arabian
gelding.
His sire is half-Arabian; KA Arista Windstorm (Windell [Pt/P]x
FF Gai Arista. [AHR], by High Command. CHOICE' s dam is our
Cameo Windchime (Woodwind V
x Tef Beshara, by *Bask.). Cameo Windchime is herself a granddaughter
of the great broodmare, Hallali Wind Kite; Windchime is a 3/4 sister
to Wind Storm V, a Varian-bred sire of Champion show horses, currently
standing in California. Foxie Bay, a full sister to Woodwind
V, is a successful broodmare after having had a very successful
show career. CHOICE's Arabian background is both Polish and Gainey, with close-up crosses to the legendary Gai Parada++++, Ferzon++++, the immortal *Bask, and to Sheila Varian's beloved Bay el Bey, himself a son of the Varian "Kingmaker," the unforgettable Bay Abi.
WIW WINDYS CHOICE seems very special. Note the tippy little ears from his purebred Arabian dam, Cameo Windchime. Examine also the up headedness, the wonderful neck, the laid-back shoulder, the level top line, and the exotic Polish dish. He is 70% white 30% liver chestnut. A very quick learner who responds to verbal cues alone, he is handled daily with lots of love and patience. He is a true delight to watch, to work with, and to love. And whether he does his floating trot or just stands there being himself, he does indeed "Take OUR Breath Away." WIW WINDYS CHOICE was shown in 2000 and earned ribbons and the admiration of the crowd. Two of the classes in which he competed contained fields with 12 horses; in these classes CHOICE was the only candidate under 2 years old. He promises to be first class show and stallion potential. He is registered Half Arabian, International Spotted Horse, Pinto Horse of America, and Arabian Pinto Association, and therefore eligible for shows sanctioned by any of these registries.
